We’re excited to host another Lunch and Learn and provide a forum for post-acute leaders to assemble and discuss industry trends and challenges. We want to further the conversation on tech enablement in post-acute care, and how workflow automation is the technology most suited for today’s pressing challenges.

Element5 is excited to host this virtual event where we discuss how the industry is shifting towards greater efficiency and improved revenues. We’re looking forward to a free-flowing exchange of insights, fuelled by some delicious food.

Element5 delivers unique value to post-acute care. Our fully managed workflow automation empowers post-acute care teams and administrative staff to spend less time on repetitive administrative tasks. This means they get to focus more on higher-value tasks. For an industry such as post-acute care, workflow automation is the bridge towards operational efficiency and growth.

How does workflow automation deliver impact?

Workflow automations are programmed to log into different post-acute systems, follow rule-based instructions and perform repetitive functions between these systems on behalf of teams.

This is especially important to an industry that is rapidly changing and going through unprecedented times. The home care market is expected to grow as the baby boomer demographic ages into care, and vulnerabilities increase among the current geriatric population.  At the same time, regulatory changes have led to an increase in mandatory administrative tasks that are slow and repetitive. Across countless organizations, staff are struggling to manage their administrative workload atop existing commitments.

Typically, the solution to these problems has been to throw more money and bodies at it. However, workflow automation is transforming the way facilities operate.

So if you’re attending the Lunch and Learn, brace yourself for an enlightening series of discussions.  On June 22nd, Eric Gordon, Co-founder & CRO of Element5, will take center stage to talk about how post-acute care organizations can increase staff productivity & eliminate operational bottlenecks through workflow automation. Mark your calendars now, so you don’t miss out!

Excited to see you soon!
