The ideal candidate would have 6-8 years of experience in a product marketing role, in a SaaS based organization. 


What your role will look like 

  • Understand the technicalities of Element5’s product and translate the complex workflows into simple customer facing materials 
  • Own individual product suites or pods within the overall product that is Element5 and create compelling messages that allow customer to relate to their pain points 
  • Engage closely with product teams to understand new features, updates and product roadmap visions and translate them into marketing material

Customer Success Manager / Project Manager

Element5 is looking for a CSM/PM to work closely with internal teams and engage with clients who are subscribers of Element5’s solutions. You will act as the liaison, engaging client stakeholders across levels, enabling their success in the deployment of RPA and orchestrating their automation journey. The CSM will also serve as the intermediary between the client, product teams, and business analysts, translating the business problem into a technical solution. Overall, you will prove to be the custodian of helping customers realize the Element5 vision; being able to do more by doing less.
